At SPARK PAWS, we want you and your dog to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange period for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
